30-Day Quality Assurance

If you receive a defective, damaged, or unsealed product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos for a replacement. We require the product to be unopened with the original seal intact.

Replacements are provided for:

• Manufacturing defects or quality issues
• Damaged packaging during shipping
• Authenticity concerns verified by our testing documentation

How It Works

Contact our team first with photos of the unopened product and packaging. We'll assess the issue and, if verified, send you a replacement immediately. In rare circumstances where replacement isn't possible, we may issue a refund at our discretion. You keep the original product—we don't require you to ship it back.

Important Conditions

Once opened, products cannot be replaced for health, safety, and regulatory reasons. This guarantee applies once per customer, shipping address, and payment method.
